Tutsi, a Tootsie Roll Industries subsidiary, completed the acquisition of The Klass Company’s confectionery business in Mexico on Sept. 1, 2026.
The deal includes the Winis brand.
The acquisition is expected to complement the group’s existing Mexico confectionery business, which features the Tutsi Pop brand.
