An analysis of 376 healthcare organizations found that high performers averaged 2.01 service alert closures per active user, more than three times the 0.63 average among other organizations. Platform participation was nearly identical, at approximately 6.2 active users per 100 clinicians in both groups. The analysis identified leadership engagement, broader responsibility for resolving concerns and integrating patient feedback into routine workflows as distinguishing features of high performers.
