Top potash producer Nutrien misses third-quarter profit estimates, to shut White Springs in 2027

Nutrien reported adjusted third-quarter profit of 61 cents per share, below analysts’ average estimate of 80 cents. The company said it will shut its White Springs facility in the second quarter of 2027 after completing a strategic review of its Phosphate business.
