Toppoint posted a net loss of $306,711 in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as revenue rose 17% to $4.64 million.
Operating loss narrowed to $340,626 from $1.59 million, helped by a 54% drop in general and administrative expense.
Gross profit swung to $377,517 from a loss, lifting gross margin to 8% from (0.7)%.
Segment revenue and expansion updates
Import revenue climbed 32.8% to $1.64 million, while metal revenue increased 29.7% to $606,267.
Expansion highlights included Houston port services, an MOU to explore Chancay, Peru, and 1,000 additional Waste Management loads worth up to $2 million.
