TORM PLC said Oaktree no longer indirectly holds shares or voting rights in Torm as of July 31, 2026.

The company said Brookfield Corporation becomes the ultimate controlling shareholder of Njord Luxco, while Njord Luxco's direct ownership interest in Torm PLC remains unchanged.
