On March 30, 2026, Tortoise Capital will update the names of the Tortoise North American Pipeline Fund to Tortoise North American Pipeline ETF (TPYP), Tortoise Global Water Fund to Tortoise Global Water ETF (TBLU) and Tortoise Energy Fund to Tortoise Energy ETF (TNGY). The change adds “ETF” to the official fund titles while maintaining the existing ticker symbols.

2. Approval and Governance

The firm’s Board of Trustees approved the name updates on February 26, 2026. Shareholder approval was not required for the renaming, which will be reflected on the New York Stock Exchange before the market opens on March 30.

3. No Strategy or Management Changes

Each fund’s investment strategy, portfolio management team and fee structure remain unchanged following the renaming. Investors can continue trading the funds under their existing ticker symbols without any operational interruptions.
