TTE•TotalEnergies acquired a 25% working interest in 26 Chevron-operated U.S. offshore exploration leases on October 28, 2026. The portfolio includes 24 blocks in Green Canyon and two in Walker Ridge.
1. Lease interests
TotalEnergies acquired a 25% working interest in 26 Chevron-operated U.S. offshore exploration leases. Chevron also acquired a 75% operated interest in two exploration leases adjacent to existing jointly held leases.
2. Offshore portfolio
The portfolio comprises 24 blocks in Green Canyon and two in Walker Ridge, located 150 to 250 kilometers offshore. The transaction expands a partnership that included entry into 40 Chevron-operated exploration blocks in June 2025.
