TotalEnergies will pay a EUR 1,000 gross advance on an exceptional employee bonus in France in October 2026, with the final amount and payment terms to be negotiated with employee representatives in December. A new employee share offering includes a 20% discount and one free share per share subscribed, capped at 10 free shares; performance share awards covered 13,500 employees worldwide, averaging 545 shares each. All 35,400 employees in France will receive fuel cards offering a EUR 0.08-per-liter discount on gasoline and diesel.
