Q2 2026 earnings and cash flow rise
TotalEnergies posted Q2 2026 IFRS net income attributable to shareholders of USD 5.4 billion, down 6% from Q1.
Adjusted net income attributable to shareholders rose 12% to USD 6.03 billion; adjusted diluted EPS increased 9% to USD 2.68.
Adjusted EBITDA climbed 5% to USD 13.18 billion; cash flow from operations (CFFO) rose 14% to USD 9.8 billion.
Investment spending and balance sheet improve
Net investments fell 23% to USD 3.45 billion; gearing narrowed to 13.1% from 15.5% at end-March.
