TTE•Refinery units restart after repairs
HOUSTON, July 29 (Reuters) - TotalEnergies TTEF.PA completed repairs and restarted the crude distillation units at its 238,000 barrel-per-day Port Arthur, Texas refinery, said two people familiar with plant operations on Wednesday.
The 150,000-bpd ACU-1 CDU restarted over the weekend and the 40,000-bpd ACU-2 restarted on Tuesday, said the sources who requested anonymity because they are not authorized to speak publicly about refinery operations. The CDUs have been shut for about two weeks of repairs after compressors on the units malfunctioned.
