TotalEnergies struck a partnership with Global Infrastructure Partners covering its stakes in selected African oil and gas infrastructure assets.
- GIP will contribute USD 1.8 billion in capital.
- TotalEnergies will pay GIP a throughput-based tariff for up to 15 years.
