Under authorization from its May 29 shareholders’ meeting, TotalEnergies repurchased 1,285,106 shares between June 29 and July 3, executing trades across four trading venues (XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, AQEU) at a daily weighted average price of €67.24 and spending €86.41 million.
