- Redemption set for Oct. 6, 2026 under the notes’ optional redemption terms.
- Redemption price set at par with accrued interest from Oct. 6, 2025 to the redemption date.
- Payment amounts to €103,369 per €100,000 denomination.
- Notes will be cancelled upon redemption.
