- Operating expenses fell 20.35% to $145,384, as professional fees and general and administrative costs declined.
- Other income swung to $23,520 from an expense of $37,722, on derivative-liability fair-value gains of $57,591.
- Cash and cash equivalents ended the period at $665, down from $4,689 at the start of the year.
