TOWN•TowneBank has appointed William A. Gwaltney, Jr., an agribusiness executive and long-time regional board chair, and John O. Wynne, Jr., founder of Fortis Solutions Group, to its corporate board. The additions enhance board expertise in agricultural finance and packaging supply chains as the bank grows assets past $22.36 billion.

Gwaltney leads Indika Farms Inc., an agribusiness specializing in peanut processing, and serves on multiple state agriculture boards; he previously chaired Farmers Bank before TowneBank’s 2023 acquisition. Wynne founded Fortis Solutions Group, overseeing 22 manufacturing sites for packaging solutions, and held senior roles within Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.
