Toyo expects U.S. unit to qualify for Section 45X tax credits for 2025

Toyo expects its U.S. unit, Toyo Solar Texas, to qualify for Section 45X advanced manufacturing production tax credits for 2025.

The view follows a third-party tax adviser’s compliance analysis of production and sales activity at the Texas facility.

Section 45X provides per-unit credits for eligible components produced in the U.S. then sold in qualifying transactions.
