1. Master Supply Agreements
TOYO has signed two separate master supply agreements with major U.S. solar energy developers, reflecting cumulative purchase orders of $185.6 million. These contracts mandate delivery of the company’s high-efficiency solar modules to bolster both commercial and utility-scale installations.
2. Project Deployment and Regional Reach
Under the agreements, TOYO’s modules will be deployed across project sites in Texas, New York and Maine. The diverse locations support expansion of clean energy generation and regional diversification in key U.S. markets.
3. Supply Chain and Compliance Strategy
All modules will be manufactured using non-Chinese wafer sourcing channels to reduce exposure to geopolitical risks and tariff uncertainties. Production will adhere to FEOC-compliant standards and U.S. content requirements favored by project financiers.
4. Financial Impact and Revenue Recognition
Revenue from these purchase orders will be recognized under GAAP as physical deliveries are completed. This arrangement provides clarity on topline growth potential tied directly to module deployment milestones.
