Toyota Retires Two VPs and Reassigns Nine Executives Effective July 13, 2026
TM•Toyota will retire Ellen Farrell, group vice president and executive advisor of Toyota Financial Services in August after 25 years, and Kerry Creech, vice president of Region 1 manufacturing in July after 36 years. Effective July 13, 2026, nine executives are reassigned or promoted across manufacturing and supply chain.
1. Retirements of Veteran Executives
Toyota will retire Ellen Farrell, group vice president and executive advisor of Toyota Financial Services, in August after 25 years of legal and compliance leadership, and Kerry Creech, vice president of Region 1 manufacturing and president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, in July after 36 years driving plant growth and electrification investments.
2. Manufacturing Leadership Reassignments
Effective July 13, 2026, Stephen Brennan becomes chief production leader of the Advanced Technology Area at Toyota Motor Corporation; Kevin Voelkel takes on Region 1 Manufacturing oversight; Susann Kazunas adds Manufacturing Business Operations and executive safety roles; David Fernandes, Erik Skaggs, Aaron Foster, Carla Wright, Juan Francisco Garcia, Eliel Cole and Zach Choate assume key plant leadership positions.
3. Supply Chain Leadership Adjustments
Kevin Austin will gain responsibility for Quality while continuing to lead Supply Chain Strategy & Operations, with Tom Trisdale reporting to him. Kensuke Morita will add Strategy & Project Planning, Demand & Supply Management and Tech Transformation to his vehicle supply chain duties, reporting to Austin.
