Third Wave Insurance to acquire five Gulf Coast agencies
TPG-backed Third Wave Insurance agreed to acquire five insurance and advisory agencies across Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida.
The deal marks the company's entry into the Gulf Coast market and expands its Southeast footprint through Palmer & Cay, Third Wave’s flagship retail brokerage.
The targets add employee benefits, commercial property and casualty, self-funded health plan administration, retirement and wealth advisory capabilities.
