Trade Desk appoints Penry Price to board of directors

Trade Desk named advertising executive Penry Price to its board of directors.
Price previously led marketing solutions at LinkedIn. He also served as president of Dstillery.
He was vice president of agency sales and partners at Google, where he helped lead the DoubleClick acquisition.
Price is co-founder of workflow intelligence firm 37Arc. He also runs Charcoal Advisors.
