Trademark Property Co. formed a joint acquisition partnership with Dillard’s to buy the 646,000-sq-ft Longview Mall, with Trademark running operations and leasing.
The collaboration marks the first joint retail acquisition for the two companies, positioning Dillard’s to expand its on-site footprint with a men’s store.
