Trane Technologies agrees to acquire Cancoil
TT•Trane Technologies agreed to acquire Cancoil Thermal, a North American heat-transfer products manufacturer, including operations in Ontario and Jacksonville, Texas, and more than 450 employees. The deal is expected to close before year-end, subject to customary conditions.

Trane Technologies agreed to acquire Cancoil Thermal to strengthen its thermal management capabilities and supply chain resilience. Cancoil already supplies Trane Technologies’ chiller and airside businesses and will continue serving existing customers; completion is expected before year-end, subject to customary closing conditions.
