Southeastern, founded in 1996, is based in Granite Falls, North Carolina, and serves hospital networks and healthcare facilities.
The transaction adds regulated healthcare capabilities aligned with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 service standards.
The acquisition supports Transcat’s strategy to build scale in high cost-of-failure, regulated end markets tied to patient safety and compliance.
