TransCode Therapeutics' TTX-MC138 meets primary safety endpoint in Phase 1a trial
RNAZ•TransCode Therapeutics said its TTX-MC138 Phase 1a trial in previously treated advanced solid tumors met its primary safety endpoint, with no dose-limiting toxicities observed. Disease stabilization occurred across the patient population, and the drug is being evaluated in a Phase 2a trial.

TransCode Therapeutics presented Phase 1a results for TTX-MC138 in previously treated advanced solid tumors at the ESMO Congress 2026 in Madrid. The trial met its primary safety endpoint, with no dose-limiting toxicities observed. Disease stabilization occurred across the heavily pretreated patient population, and some patients experienced extended periods without disease progression.
2. Phase 2a evaluation
TTX-MC138 is being evaluated in a Phase 2a trial under the PRE-I-SPY program with Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative.
