Annual shareholder meeting set for Dallas on Nov. 11, 2026

Transcontinental Realty Investors schedules its annual shareholder meeting in Dallas, Texas on Nov. 11, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect five directors.

A separate vote will cover ratification of Farmer, Fuqua & Huff as independent auditor for 2026.

Investors will also consider issuing 134,649 new common shares to Realty Advisors under a July 31, 2026 exchange agreement.
