TransDigm disclosed that its unit Extant Aerospace agreed to buy certain assets for about USD 240 million in cash.
The portfolio spans commercial rotorcraft, land systems and business jet products, and includes a California facility.
Closing is expected in fiscal 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
