Transit Growth Drives 4.1% Revenue Rise; AFFO Up 8% to $130M

OUTFRONT Media reported consolidated revenue of 4.1% in Q4, driven by 16% transit growth led by the New York MTA and 0.5% billboard growth (3.7% excluding exited contracts). Adjusted OIBDA rose 12% to $174 million and AFFO climbed 8% to $130 million.
2. Digital and Transit Segment Performance
Digital revenue grew 11% to represent roughly 39% of total sales, with transit digital up 37% to $73 million and static transit down just over 2%. Strong demand across finance, tech and legal verticals underpinned the transit segment’s high-margin performance.

Billboard adjusted OIBDA margin improved 120 bps to 41.5% on $3 million of expense reductions, while transit adjusted OIBDA surged over 56% to $34 million despite $6 million in higher franchise and production costs. Lease expense declines from exited contracts aided overall profitability.

Management guides Q1 revenue growth in the high single digits and full-year AFFO growth in the double-digit range, supported by AWS and AdQuick partnerships, a maintained $0.30 cash dividend, and $90 million of capex focused on digital conversions.
