TransUnion CFO Todd Cello will step down on Dec. 31, 2026, ending 29 years at the company.
Cello will remain a full-time advisor through March 1, 2027, to support the transition.
A search for the next CFO has started with an executive search firm.
2026 guidance for revenue, adjusted EBITDA, adjusted diluted EPS was reaffirmed.
