Travere flagged nine new FILSPARI data presentations for ASN Kidney Week 2026, scheduled for October 21-25 in Denver. Final Phase 2 SPARTAN findings in newly diagnosed IgA nephropathy showed 75% complete proteinuria remission, with kidney function broadly stable over two years.
2. FSGS analysis
A Phase 3 DUPLEX post hoc analysis in focal segmental glomerulosclerosis without nephrotic syndrome favored FILSPARI over irbesartan on proteinuria remission measures. The analysis also indicated slower kidney function loss and fewer kidney failure events, with a comparable overall safety profile.
