Travere's Filspari reduces IgA nephropathy biomarkers in Phase 3 study
TVTX•Travere Therapeutics said Filspari produced greater, sustained reductions in disease-related urinary biomarkers than irbesartan in a Phase 3 analysis of 295 of 404 trial participants.

Travere Therapeutics presented Phase 3 PROTECT biomarker results for Filspari in IgA nephropathy at ASN Kidney Week 2026 in Denver. The analysis included 295 of 404 trial participants and found greater, sustained reductions in disease-related urinary biomarkers than with irbesartan; the company said the results suggest Filspari may modify underlying disease biology.
