Traws Pharma risks Nasdaq delisting after shares trade below $1 for 30 days
TRAW•Nasdaq minimum bid price notice
Traws Pharma said it received a Nasdaq notice on July 29, 2026 for failing the $1 minimum bid price rule on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The non-compliance followed at least 30 consecutive business days with the closing bid below $1, although the stock remains listed.
Compliance deadline and possible extension
The company has until Jan. 25, 2027 to regain compliance. To do so, the shares must close at or above $1 for 10 consecutive business days.
If Traws Pharma fails to cure the deficiency, it could receive a delisting notice. A second 180-day grace period may be available if the company meets other listing standards.
