Treasury yields sink as jobs report dashes hike bets

Meanwhile, the Treasury Department will test demand for longer-dated debt next week, when it sells $125 billion in coupon-bearing debt.
The sales will include $58 billion in three-year notes, $42 billion in 10-year notes and $25 billion in 30-year bonds.
Shorter-dated yields lead the move
The 2-year note yield, which typically moves in step with Fed interest-rate expectations, fell 6.64 basis points to 4.179% and reached 4.1536%, the lowest since July 17.
The yield on benchmark U.S. 10-year notes fell 4.7 basis points to 4.623%.
The yield curve between 2- and 10-year notes steepened to 44 basis points.
