Tredegar has named David Parks to its board of directors, with his term beginning immediately. This move adds seasoned financial leadership to the company’s governance team.

Parks has more than three decades of industrial and financial management experience, including serving as Chief Financial Officer at Novolex and prior senior roles at Berry Global and other manufacturing firms.

He is slated to join Tredegar’s audit and finance committees, where his expertise in financial reporting and risk management is expected to strengthen oversight and support strategic growth initiatives.
