- GAAP R&D expenses rose to USD 15.2 million from USD 9.4 million, due to higher clinical development spending across multiple studies.
- GAAP G&A expenses increased to USD 5.4 million from USD 4.3 million, while other income climbed to USD 2.7 million from USD 1.4 million.
Cash position and runway
Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled USD 318.9 million. Trevi expects runway into 2030, funding IPF-related chronic cough through potential FDA approval.
Clinical program updates
Phase 3 OCEAN-1 began; OCEAN-2 is slated for Q3 2026, with topline data expected in H2 2027 and OCEAN-1 topline in H1 2028.
