Trevi Therapeutics says Phase 2b CORAL trial results accepted for oral presentation at CHEST 2026
TRVI•Trevi Therapeutics said Phase 2b CORAL trial results on oral nalbuphine ER were accepted for an oral presentation on Oct. 20 at the CHEST 2026 Annual Meeting in Phoenix. The six-week trial tested multiple doses against placebo in 165 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, with patient-reported outcomes indicating early, sustained improvement in chronic cough-related measures.
