An SCC tribunal on October 15, 2026, barred Gazprom from enforcing a Russian court judgment against Linde over the Amur GPP project. The tribunal ruled that Gazprom’s claims must proceed through arbitration under the contracts’ dispute resolution provisions; a Russian court had ruled against Linde over damages and lost profits tied to fires at the facility.
Linde reported contingent liabilities of $700 million as of September 30, 2026, for this dispute and other Amur GPP contract matters. Separately, RCA became the registered owner of Praxair Rus LLC in July 2026 through enforcement of a Russian judgment.
