Completion remains subject to definitive agreements, board approvals, financing, and regulatory clearances.

IRMA Engine Asia is designed to automate key marketing workflows including content creation, campaign planning, social media engagement, email deployment, audience targeting, lead generation, analytics reporting, and performance optimization through AI-driven execution engines and reseller dashboards.
