Trimble rises on annual outlook raise, $1 billion share buyback plan

Shares of navigation equipment maker Trimble TRMB.O rise 5.4% to $61.08 premarket.
TRMB now expects to report 2026 revenue between $3.90 billion and $3.95 billion, up from its prior forecast of between $3.84 billion and $3.92 billion.
It also lifts annual adjusted EPS forecast to between $3.60 and $3.70 versus earlier adjusted EPS projection of $3.47 to $3.64.
The company announces a new share repurchase authorization of $1.0 billion.
The company says its Q2 revenue rises 11% to $972 million, beating analysts' average estimate of $951.9 million, according to data compiled by LSEG.
Up to last close, the stock is down about 26% this year.
