Trinity Biotech holds annual general meeting
TRIB•Trinity Biotech held its annual general meeting on Sept. 30, 2026, where shareholders approved all items put to a vote, including the auditor’s appointment and a director’s re-appointment.
1. Shareholders approve proposals
Shareholders approved Grant Thornton’s appointment as statutory auditor through the next annual general meeting when accounts are presented, and authorized the board to set the auditor’s remuneration. They also approved the re-appointment of Dr Andrew Omidvar as a director.
