2. Full Year 2025 Highlights

For the full year 2025, total investment income grew 23.5% to $293.7 million while net investment income reached $144.1 million (2.08 per share). Trinity funded $1.5 billion in new investments, achieved $636.7 million of portfolio growth at cost, and increased assets under management 38.2% to $2.8 billion.

3. Capital Deployment and Exits

During Q4, the company committed $543.1 million and funded $434.8 million across new and existing portfolio companies, and realized $218.8 million from exits, repayments, and equity sales, supporting disciplined underwriting and portfolio diversification.

4. Dividend Policy Update

Continuing six years of dividend growth, the board declared a fourth-quarter distribution of $0.51 per share and transitioned to monthly dividends effective January 2026, with quarterly payouts totaling $0.51 in the first quarter.
