Trio Petroleum posted a GAAP net loss of USD 1.97 million for the quarter ended July 31, 2026, widening 42.2% year over year.
Revenue rose 81.2% to USD 348,581, while operating loss widened to USD 2.11 million from higher operating expenses.
Expenses increase on stock-based compensation and Canadian activity
Stock-based compensation jumped to USD 1.25 million from one-time restricted share grants; general and administrative expense climbed 37.4% to USD 922,944.
Gross profit increased 15.2% to USD 108,153; cost of goods sold rose 144.1% to USD 240,428 on expanded Canadian activity.
