Triton names CEO Sondey executive chairman, forms executive office to lead company

Triton set an Executive Office to run day-to-day operations, effective Sept. 1, 2026, with Executive Chairman Brian M. Sondey leading.

• Sondey will step down as chief executive on Sept. 1, 2026, moving to Executive Chairman of the board.
• Michael S. Pearl was appointed president and chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
• Filip De Bruin was appointed executive vice president, effective Sept. 1, 2026; Juan Pablo Rivera was appointed executive vice president on the same date.
• Kevin Valentine will leave his executive vice president role on Dec. 31, 2026; Gareth Weir becomes senior vice president, Triton Container Sales, on Sept. 1, 2026.
