Triumph Financial FY26 Q2 net income rises to USD 10.6 million

Triumph Financial posted Q2 net income available to common stockholders of USD 10.6 million, or USD 0.44 per diluted share.
- Factoring pretax operating income rose to USD 20.9 million as revenue increased 26.9% quarter-over-quarter to USD 53 million.
- Payments revenue climbed 29.4% year-over-year to USD 22.3 million, while EBITDA margin improved to 25.7% from 13.9% a year earlier.
- Transportation revenue increased 30.9% year-over-year to USD 76.5 million; Factoring purchased volume grew 43.3% year-over-year to USD 4.1 billion.
- Management expects to exit 2026 at a USD 98 million expense run rate, with Q3 core expenses seen at about USD 99 million.
