Operations will shift toward AI-driven systems executing work end-to-end, with employees directing, reviewing, and improving outputs.

Management aims to cut execution work share to about 15% from roughly 43%, implying capacity comparable to adding about 150 staff.

Implementation will run through company, discipline, and team “playbooks,” supported by an in-house AI Role Evolution Agent for workforce reskilling.

The strategy keeps headcount broadly flat while reallocating time toward higher-value decisions, product building, and governance of expanding AI systems.
