Chicagoland Regional Developer Sharif Ali has leased a 5,000-square-foot space at 415 North Weber Road in Romeoville for TruGolf Links’ flagship indoor golf and “eatertainment” center opening this Fall. The facility will feature four premium golf simulators, a 20-foot Horizon screen bay, an upscale restaurant, full bar and multi-sport arcade.
Sharif Ali, serving as the Chicagoland Regional Developer, signed a lease for a 5,000-square-foot flagship TruGolf Links location at 415 North Weber Road in Romeoville, Illinois. The agreement secures a premium spot in the newly renovated Romeo Town Center and targets a Fall opening to capitalize on seasonal traffic.
The Romeo Town Center facility will house four premium golf simulator bays plus the flagship Horizon bay with a 20-foot screen. Patrons will also enjoy an upscale restaurant, a full bar offering cocktails, curated wine and beer selections, and a multi-sport arcade with six gaming machines.
As Regional Developer, Ali will recruit franchisees throughout the Chicagoland territory and act as the local distributor for TruGolf’s simulator technology. This flagship serves as the initial hub for further expansion, with plans to develop additional franchised units across the region.
