TruGolf entered a binding memorandum of understanding with Tru Golf Canada on Aug. 25, 2026.
The deal names Tru Golf Canada exclusive master distributor and strategic platform partner for marketing, sales, installation, support, licensing, service and operations.
The territory includes the Indigenous community channel across Canada, parts of British Columbia and selected Hard Rock opportunities tied to Oklahoma and Florida.
The agreement has a five-year initial term from the effective date, subject to earlier termination.
The parties aim to sign a long-form agreement within 45 days; the MOU ends in 180 days if none is executed.
