TruGolf Signs Lease for 6,120SF Farmingdale Flagship with Restaurant and Bar
TruGolf signed a lease for a 6,120-square-foot flagship TruGolf Links Center at 1741 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale, occupying a former Suffolk County OTB building. The facility will feature five premium simulators, an upscale restaurant and full bar, and is slated to open this Fall.
1. Lease Signed for Farmingdale Flagship
TruGolf signed a lease for a 6,120-square-foot flagship TruGolf Links Center at 1741 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale, occupying the former Suffolk County OTB site. Regional Developer Gio Dinsay will open the facility under a franchise agreement this Fall.
2. Flagship Facility Features
The Farmingdale center will house five premium golf simulators, including the Horizon with a 20-foot screen, alongside an upscale restaurant, full bar and curated wine and beer selection. The design targets both avid golfers and casual visitors with an “eatertainment” concept.
3. Brick-and-Mortar Expansion Strategy
This marks TruGolf’s second signed flagship on Long Island as part of a regional development model. The company plans to use regional developers to roll out additional TruGolf Links Centers in territories exceeding one million population.
