- Adjusted EBITDA loss (non-GAAP) widened to $223.5 million.
- Total assets were $2 billion, including about $1.9 billion of financial assets; operating activities used $13.7 million in cash.
- Non-cash losses totaled $190.4 million on unrealized losses in digital assets, pledged digital assets, and equity securities; legal expenses were $25.6 million.
- The company launched Truth API on Aug. 1, signed more than 10 customer agreements, and targets a merger with TAE Technologies in Q4 2026.
