WASHINGTON, Sept 14 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that Ukraine and Russia had agreed not to hit each other's energy targets.
"Ukraine has agreed not to hit Russian Energy targets. Russia has agreed to do, likewise!" he wrote, adding that he believed the hike in diesel fuel prices is caused by the war in Ukraine not the Iran war.
