During Q4, Trupanion added 17,500 new pet insurance policies, increasing its total active policies to approximately 765,000. Policy retention improved to 87%, up from 84% a year earlier, reflecting stronger member engagement.

3. Strategic Clinic Partnerships

The company announced partnerships with 150 additional veterinary clinics, bringing new distribution channels and supporting direct payment capabilities. These alliances aim to enhance Pet & Owner experience and drive policy sales.

4. 2026 Outlook and Guidance
